01
Introduction and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how iRyde LLC, operating publicly through its registered DBA Wasatch Mountain Concierge, handles information connected with this marketing website, the separately hosted iRyde OS operational experience, and accepted services.
The marketing website provides service information and links to contact, request and account experiences. Requests, reservations, dispatch functions, customer accounts and related operational communications are managed through iRyde OS. Information entered after continuing to the hosted request form or customer login is handled through that separate operational experience.
02
Who operates the website and services
iRyde LLC is the legal operator. Wasatch Mountain Concierge is its primary public-facing service brand. Extreme Concierge is its flagship custom-assistance service, Vehicle Acquisition & Sale Concierge is a specialized service, and iRyde is the dispatch and mobility-coordination capability used when requests involve drivers or transportation.
03
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, billing or contact address, communication preferences, employer or corporate-account details, and the contents of messages, inquiries or customer-service communications.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may prevent us from responding to an inquiry, evaluating a request, preparing a quote, creating or servicing an account, or arranging an accepted service.
04
Request, reservation, account and service information
When you use iRyde OS or communicate about a service, information may include account credentials, passenger or client details, pickup and destination information, dates and times, flight or schedule details, vehicle preferences, requested services, special instructions, quotes, confirmations, ride or purchase history, loyalty or Annual Pass account activity, and communications concerning the request.
Some concierge or Vehicle Concierge assignments may require additional information reasonably related to the objective, such as vehicle specifications, transaction communications, delivery details or documents needed to coordinate an accepted specialist service.
05
Information collected automatically
Websites and hosted systems may automatically receive technical and usage information when you interact with them. This can include IP address, browser and device information, operating system, time-zone information, referring and visited URLs, access times, page interactions, session activity and diagnostic information such as page-response or loading errors.
The exact information available can depend on the marketing-site host, iRyde OS and any authorized analytics or operational tools in use at the time.
07
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries; evaluate requests; prepare and communicate quotes; create and manage accounts; confirm and coordinate accepted services; support reservations, dispatch and customer communications; process applicable payments; maintain Annual Pass, ride-spend and loyalty activity; provide customer service; improve website and operational experiences; prevent misuse; keep appropriate records; and comply with legal obligations or enforce applicable terms.
09
Service providers and coordinated third parties
We may use companies or individuals to perform functions such as website hosting, operational-system support, communications, payment processing, customer service or other business services. They may receive information reasonably necessary to perform those functions.
When an accepted request requires transportation, an inspection, title or registration work, repairs, detailing, delivery or another specialized service, relevant information may be provided to an appropriate third party so it can evaluate, coordinate or perform its part of the service. A provider may communicate with you directly when needed for that purpose. This policy does not represent that iRyde LLC operates an open affiliate marketplace.
10
Payments
Applicable payments may be handled through iRyde OS or a third-party payment processor. Payment-related information is handled according to the operational payment experience and the processor’s applicable terms and privacy practices. This policy does not make an unverified PCI-compliance or payment-security certification claim.
11
Email and SMS communications
We may use the contact information you provide to respond to inquiries and send request, quote, account, reservation, dispatch, service, policy or customer-support communications. Transactional and operational SMS messages are governed by the SMS Messaging Terms in the Terms of Service.
You may reply STOP to an operational text to opt out and HELP or INFO for assistance. Opting out of text messages may limit operational updates delivered by SMS but does not automatically cancel an underlying request or confirmed service.
See SMS Messaging Terms for complete opt-in, opt-out and assistance information.
12
Your choices and account information
You may review or update supported account information through the applicable customer-account experience or contact us for assistance. You may also ask about communication preferences or account closure using the contact details below. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, record integrity, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal obligations or other legitimate operational purposes.
You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of operational SMS messages as described above. Service-related or legal notices may still be sent through another available channel when appropriate.
13
Data retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain accounts and service records, to support operational and business needs, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, and to satisfy legal obligations. Retention needs vary by information type and service context; this policy does not promise a fixed period or automatic deletion schedule.
14
Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and operational measures may be used to protect information in light of the systems and services involved. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials, signing out of shared devices and notifying us if they suspect unauthorized account use.
15
Children’s privacy
Requests, reservations and customer accounts must be made or managed by an adult. Services may involve minor passengers or family members, but a person under 18 should use the website or operational service only with a parent’s or guardian’s involvement. We do not knowingly offer account or reservation services directly to children.
16
External links and separately hosted systems
The marketing website links to the separately hosted iRyde OS request and customer-account experiences and may link to other third-party sites. The privacy practices of an external provider are governed by that provider’s notice. Review the applicable terms and privacy information before submitting information to an external site.
17
Changes to this policy
Business practices, services and systems may change. This policy may be updated to reflect those changes. The current version will display its last-updated date, and material notices may also be communicated through an appropriate customer channel.
