Transportation-only scope

Built around recurring transportation.

Annual Pass benefits apply to eligible iRyde transportation activity. They do not extend automatically to Extreme Concierge, Vehicle Concierge or other Wasatch Mountain Concierge services.

The complete ride-credit allowance is available from the beginning of the annual pass term. Use as much or as little as needed throughout that term without scheduled release limits.

Annual Pass loyalty

New spending earns account points.

Annual passholders earn points on qualifying new spending, including purchasing an Annual Pass, paying for transportation or another qualifying service, and other qualifying purchases recorded through the customer account.

Points are not earned when existing ride-spend allowance or loyalty points are redeemed.

Accumulated points may be redeemed through the customer account for eligible transportation, available upgrades and other available account rewards.

The 4-Pack is a distinct six-month, four-trip transportation product administered through iRyde OS. Annual Pass ride credit, Expansion Pack, rollover and loyalty rules do not apply.

Using your Annual Pass

Clear guidance from purchase through renewal.

Booking and availability

Transportation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Vehicle upgrades remain subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Ride credit

The full annual ride credit is available from the beginning of the pass term. Passholders may use as much or as little as needed throughout the term.

Expansion Packs

Full and Half Packs add ride credit during an active annual term without replacing the pass or restarting its term.

Sharing

Household and guest reservations must be booked under the passholder account. Ride credit may be used or gifted only by the passholder.

Renewal and rollover

Unused Annual Pass and Expansion Pack ride credit rolls into the next pass term when the customer renews.

Loyalty points

Points accrue only on qualifying new spending—not when ride credit or existing loyalty points are redeemed.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged the full reservation amount. A passenger not found after 30 minutes is treated as a no-show.

Fees and level benefits

Wait time is $1 per minute. Meet-and-greet fees are waived for VIP and Elite. Other fee treatment follows the applicable annual level and confirmed reservation details.
